That includes your name, organization, email address, telephone number, country of organization, target market or corridor, the type of engagement you are seeking, your product, sector or commercial objective, your expected timeline, whether financing is required, and, where you choose to provide them, an estimated transaction range, a description of your objective and any document you upload.
We also collect the contents of correspondence you send us by email or through other channels.
Please do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information, or information belonging to third parties, unless you are entitled to share it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, limited technical information is collected: your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected through the services described under Cookies and analytics below.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to assess a proposed engagement, to respond to your enquiry, to carry out the counterparty due diligence and record-keeping described on our Compliance and Integrity page, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Where an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we keep the information you submitted for 24 months, so that we can recognise a returning enquiry and evidence how the request was handled. Where an engagement proceeds, transaction records, including counterparty due diligence, contracts and supporting documentation, are kept for 10 years after the engagement ends, in line with commercial, accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements. Information no longer required for these purposes is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure, and information you send us over the internet is sent at your own risk.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, ask us to delete information we no longer need, object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, ask for a copy of information you provided in a portable form, and withdraw consent.
