From mandate to settlement.
Every Alkebulan transaction is coordinated through a defined sequence of commercial, financial, legal and operational controls.
01
Mandate
The buyer’s demand, supplier’s capacity, product specifications, markets, volumes, timing and commercial objectives are defined.
02
Qualify
Counterparties, corporate records, beneficial ownership, capabilities, licences, sanctions exposure and transaction feasibility are reviewed.
03
Structure
Price, quantity, specifications, Incoterms, delivery obligations, payment terms, insurance and risk allocation are agreed.
04
Secure
The appropriate financing and payment-security mechanism is aligned with regulated institutions. This may include a letter of credit, guarantee, trade facility, insurance or independent escrow, depending on the transaction.
05
Contract and Verify
Agreements are completed through qualified legal counsel. Required permits, certifications and documentation are confirmed. Where applicable, an independent inspection verifies the agreed quality, quantity or specifications before shipment or release.
06
Move
Freight, warehousing, customs clearance, shipment documents and delivery milestones are coordinated with approved logistics partners.
07
Settle and Close
Delivery and acceptance are confirmed. Payment is released according to the agreed instrument and contractual conditions. The transaction is reconciled, documented and closed.
One transaction. A coordinated ecosystem.
Alkebulan coordinates the buyer, supplier, financial institution, insurer or guarantor, legal counsel, independent inspector, logistics partners and relevant public authorities. Each party retains its professional and regulatory responsibility; Alkebulan manages the workflow that connects them.

What the model solves
For clients
One coordinated process instead of multiple disconnected providers.
For financial institutions
Better-defined transactions, organized documentation and clearer execution milestones.
For policymakers
More transparent, compliant and financeable trade flows that connect policy objectives with real transactions.
For partners
Defined roles, responsibilities and information flows throughout the transaction lifecycle.
A transaction moves when every party, document and obligation moves in sequence.
